Moloko Group Holdings (PTY) Ltd. was founded by Fulton Ramaphakela in 2000, and has a number of specialist divisions focusing on service provision in sectors as diverse as construction & property development, asset management, security, IT solutions and prepaid tracking devices.
Employing over 200 staff, Moloko Group Holdings is 100% black owned, with its board of directors all from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. While this may be of interest to potential clients, the company focuses on providing the best possible products and services it can. Moloko Group Holdings is representative of the population of South Africa, but aims to exceed expectations at all levels of its business.
Committed to development, Moloko Group Holdings constantly invests in training its staff, as well as potential employees, and has recently launched the Vimba Training Academy to complement its security business. The Academy will equip potential employees to become technical, security, administrative or sales staff, according to their aptitudes.
Fulton has grown the company from a small startup into a multimillion rand operation in just eight years, with interests and expertise in diversified businesses that meet the specific needs of carefully identified niche markets. Fulton has won numerous awards in recognition of his entrepreneurship and business acument, and Moloko Investment Holdings is the preferred supplier of numerous public and private sector companies.
