It’s vital to keep a record of everything your company owns – whether it’s office furniture, cutlery and crockery, linen or computer equipment – both to track any theft or shrinkage, and to have an accurate asset register for tax purposes.
AssetCARE staff are specially trained to develop a strategy to suit your company. A team will then work on your premises, bar-coding each and every item that your company owns. Each item will then be captured onto our specially developed database, after which it will be verified and updated at intervals as requested by you.
AssetCARE compiles asset registers for companies with upwards of 5000 assets, and has clients with several million individual items, each marked and tracked by our team of specialists. We charge per asset, so you can control your costs by determining which sections of your company are registered at which time.

AssetCARE was established in 2000 as a part of Moloko Group Holdings, a 100% black owned investment company. The company has been developing asset registers for companies and government departments across Gauteng, and includes Spoornet, the Post Office, the Gauteng Department of Education and Johannesburg City Power among its clients.
