Vimba - Armed Response
Everyone in South Africa is affected by crime, but not everyone can afford the high costs charged by security companies. Vimba has changed that, by creating the Alarm in a Box, which is supported by an sms system. Costs on the Vimba system are very affordable, because the system prevents call-outs for false alarms. Your alarm will only call us if you really need us.
You can purchase the Alarm in a Box at major retailers. It will include two motion sensors and a remote (mobile) panic button. You can either install the sensors yourself, or you can call one of our technicians to do it for you – it will take just 20 minutes to get your alarm system up and running. When the technician is finished, call us, and we’ll activate it for you.
Now you can leave your home at any time, setting the alarm by pushing a button on the remote panic button. If the alarm is set off while you are out, our system will sms three numbers of your choice – yours, and maybe two neighbours who can check up on things if you’re not there. If there really is something wrong, we will send the Vimba Flying Squad immediately. If it was a false alarm, we won’t need to come, and you won’t be charged.
If you are attacked in your home, you press the panic button, and we will contact you immediately to find out if you need our help. Our Flying Squad will rush to your assistance.
The Alarm in a Box will cost you R999, and there is a monthly subscription fee of R99 per month, for at least three years. Compared to other alarm systems that cost thousands of Rands every month, and at least R300 in monthly charges, you can’t afford to ignore this chance to secure your home, affordably.
